REFERRAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To participate in our referral bonus program, please review the terms and conditions outlined below, which may vary by location:
To be eligible for the Alliance Nursing Referral Bonus, you must comply with the following terms and conditions:
- The Alliance Nursing Referral Bonus promotion will apply to nurse referrals after 1 July 2023. All nurses referred prior to this date are not validated as in association with this promotion.
- The referring nurse and the referred candidate must both be employed by Alliance Nursing in Western Australia, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and Albury (NSW) (collectively, “Alliance Nursing”) to be eligible for the referral promotion. (For Sydney and Melbourne terms and conditions, see below).
- A $250 bonus will be rewarded to the referrer and referred candidate after the referred candidate has completed their induction and 20 shifts within six weeks with Alliance Nursing. Unfulfilled shifts will not be honoured.
- Offer is only valid for two months following the completion of the first shift of the referred candidate.
- Bonus reward payments are taxable income and will be made with your salary.
- Bonus reward payments will be made within one month of completing the number of outlined shifts in the required timeframe and meeting all of these Terms & Conditions.
- All bonus rewards are at the discretion of Alliance Nursing and Alliance Nursing reserves the right to extend, change or end this promotion without prior notice.

- The referring nurse must be currently active with Alliance Nursing to be eligible for the referral program.
- A $250 bonus will be rewarded to the referrer after the referred candidate has completed their induction and 10 shifts within six weeks with Alliance Nursing. Unfulfilled shifts will not be honoured.
- The referred candidate must hold a current bachelor/diploma of nursing with a minimum of 1 year exp (grads not eligible), Certificate III or IV in a health services assistance or operating theatre technical support qualification (applies to theatre/instrument technicians only) with a minimum of 1 year exp and available to work across Melbourne.
- Offer is only valid for two months following the completion of the first shift of the referred candidate.
- Bonus reward payments are taxable income and will be made with your salary.
- Bonus reward payments will be made within one month of completing the number of outlined shifts in the required timeframe and meeting all Terms & Conditions.
