COVID-19 information for our workforce

In these challenging times, safety has to be a priority. Protecting staff, clients, and patients has never been more important.

At Alliance Nursing, our commitment to quality and safety has always been at the heart of our culture.

In fact, our efforts have been recognised with the prestigious award of the 2020 Winner of Excellence in Safety Culture by the peak body for the Recruitment and Staffing industry, the RCSA.

Guiding our commitment to safety and quality is a leadership team deeply experienced in clinical expertise. And our governance structure includes three national committees:

  • a Risk Committee
  • a Quality Committee
  • a Clinical Governance Committee.

SETTING NEW INDUSTRY STANDARDS.

We use innovation and proactivity, as well as the smart use of technology, to achieve our industry best practice culture.

Our commitment to quality, risk and clinical governance is achieved through best practice measuring and monitoring to reduce risks and resolve all safety issues.

We set our goals against industry benchmarks for all metrics. These are measured in our audit program, monitoring adherence to policies and procedures and the input of data and incidents.

Our quality management system was set up by a qualified epidemiologist. We use market-leading injury management software platforms to capture detailed data. From this we monitor trends, provide reporting and benchmark our performance against the wider industry.

This supports our commitment to setting new industry standards, now and into the future.

IN-HOUSE STAFF SUPPORT.

We have an in-house staff help-line to help in the management of workplace health and safety issues.

This supports our national network in proactively managing the safety of our workforce and clients.
