COVID-19 information for our workforce

Carer. Supporter. Team mate. Confidante. Counsellor. Assistants in Nursing (AIN) play so many roles in caring for patients and helping other healthcare professionals. Let us find the right role for you - as we have for thousands of others.

Well, you don’t work for one facility, organisation or department: you work for yourself.
You get to harness different skills, and enjoy a variety of different roles. It may be challenging. But it can also be highly rewarding. And always stimulating.
The shifts you want and the areas you specialise in, at the leading public and private facilities you choose.
We’re truly national, able to give you opportunities right across Australia. Or right around the corner!
Best of all, you’re in control. Tell us when you’re available. Decide when you want to work, or when you want time for yourself or loved ones.

What are you waiting for?

Join the agency that puts you at the heart of everything we do. We’re always pleased to hear from you, call 1300 034 494 or register now.

What you want to know.

Do I have enough experience?

We put you at the heart of everything we do. And we want you to feel prepared for agency nursing. That’s why for AINs’ or PCA’s we ask for a minimum of six months paid experience if you have completed a certificate qualification. Or if you are an undergraduate nurse you need to have completed two placements.

How do I get booked for a shift?

Our team will always contact you to confirm a shift. Either by text or phone. Tell us how you want to be contacted. Love one facility. Our allocators will get to know your preferences and we will always do our best to get you the shifts you want where you want them.

Can I get sponsorship?

Currently we only sponsor Registered Nurses who are on the government’s skills shortage list.

How much will I get paid?

We know you go over and above the call of duty for your patients. And we do the same for you. We look at the bigger picture. Your qualifications. Your experience. And we get you the best rate that we can.

“I love working with Alliance Nursing. It's very flexible, the staff are very friendly, and I genuinely feel appreciated as an AIN by the company. The staff are always going above and beyond for their employees.”
