The public healthcare system in Sydney and across NSW is managed by NSW Health. It is the largest and busiest public health system in the country with 228 public hospitals in the state. NSW is divided into 15 local health districts, with eight of these in the greater Sydney metro region and the remaining seven in regional NSW. NSW Health is also the regulatory authority for private health facilities across the state, with a wide range of private hospitals and clinics serving residents.

Our clients expect us to place staff with the right qualifications and experience, so if you are a RN we need the following paperwork when you sign up: 

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in nursing + registered with AHPRA
  • 2+ years post graduate experience, with mandatory training modules
  • Required immunisations for healthcare workers
  • Police check within a year
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Resume with 2 references
  • 100 points of ID
  • 1 statutory declaration of hours worked
  • 1 criminal statutory declaration
