WORK PERKS, WORK MORE EARN MORE
To be eligible for the Alliance Nursing’s ‘Work More, Earn More’ promotion, you must comply with the following terms and conditions:
- The ‘Work More, Earn More’ promotion will apply to completed shifts undertaken after 01/07/2023.
- The ‘Work More, Earn More’ promotion only applies to workers who complete shifts for Alliance Nursing in Perth (WA), Adelaide (SA), Albury (NSW), Canberra (ACT), Brisbane (QLD), Gold Coast (QLD) or Sunshine Coast (QLD).
- The ‘Work More, Earn More’ promotion is payable on completion of full shifts only. Unfulfilled shifts will not be counted as part of this program.
- All completed shifts must be a minimum of 6 hours.
- By completing a minimum of 40 shifts in your three months from the date of activation with Alliance Nursing you will be eligible for and receive a $250 bonus.
- By completing a minimum of 80 shifts in your first 6 months from the date of activation with Alliance Nursing you will be eligible for and receive a $500 bonus.
- By completing a minimum of 120 shifts in your first twelve months from the date of activation with Alliance Nursing you will be eligible for and receive a $1,000 bonus.
- The maximum amount you can receive as a bonus through this promotion is $1,750 AUD. This amount would be accumulated over the span of one year, if you complete all ‘Work More, Earn More’ promotion requirements and levels of eligibility.
- Bonus reward payments are taxable income and will be made with your salary.
- Bonus reward payments will be made within one month of advising the Alliance Nursing team you have completed the number of outlined shifts in the required timeframe and meeting all Terms & Conditions.
- All bonus payments are at the discretion of Alliance Nursing and Alliance Nursing reserves the right to extend, change or end this promotion without prior notice.
