Description
Alliance Nursing is currently seeking experienced Mental Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our hospital nursing team, with opportunities particularly available across Adelaide’s northern suburbs.

About the Role as a Mental Health Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, compassionate and professional nursing care to patients within hospital settings. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
We are particularly looking for nurses who are:
- Experienced in mental health nursing
- Confident working in a hospital environment
- Reliable, professional and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
- Flexible and willing to work across available hospital shifts
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year of full-time mental health nursing experience
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Full serology and immunisation records
- Reliable transport and the ability to travel to hospital sites and driver’s licence
- Availability to work predominantly Monday to Friday
