About the Opportunity
As an Alliance Nursing Midwife, you will provide safe, evidence-based midwifery care across a range of clinical settings, depending on your experience, scope, and preferences. Your work may include:
- Delivering antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care in line with your clinical capability
- Supporting women and families with safe, respectful, and woman-centred care
- Undertaking assessment, care planning, clinical monitoring, and accurate documentation
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary maternity and neonatal teams
- Responding effectively to changing clinical presentations and escalating concerns appropriately

What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 2 years’ recent paid experience as a Registered Midwife
- Current AHPRA registration
- Relevant Midwifery competencies including CTG & Neonatal Resuscitation
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality woman-centred care
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Two recent clinical referees who can speak to your midwifery practice
- Full vaccination compliance and relevant practical competencies
