Key Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant in an acute hospital ward
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (or equivalent) (if applicable)
OR - Currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing (minimum 2nd year) with at least 2 completed clinical placements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work across a variety of shifts (including short notice)
