Key Responsibilities
  • Assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Support patients with activities of daily living
  • Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
  • Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant in an acute hospital ward
  • Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (or equivalent) (if applicable)
    OR
  • Currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing (minimum 2nd year) with at least 2 completed clinical placements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work across a variety of shifts (including short notice)
