🩺 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 600 hours of paid experience in Aged Care
✔️ Current AHPRA registration
✔️ National Police Check and NDIS Clearance
✔️ CPR certification
✔️ Availability for day, afternoon, and night shifts
✔️ Reliable transport and excellent communication skills
👩⚕️ Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and direction to Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff.
- Oversee the daily management of the unit, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Demonstrate sound understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
- Respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions with sound clinical judgement.
- Promote a supportive, collaborative, and respectful team culture.
- Administer medications safely and perform wound care.
- Support RNs and complete delegated clinical tasks.
- Supervise and guide Care Staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards.
- Promote resident wellbeing, dignity, and comfort.
