AGED CARE REGISTERED & ENROLLED NURSES – SOUTHERN SUBURBS | INCENTIVE SHIFTS AVAILABLE
📍 CURRENTLY REQUIRED LOCATIONS We are actively recruiting for shifts across:
Seaford, Strathalbyn, Encounter Bay, Victor Harbor, Goolwa, McLaren Vale, Aldinga, and surrounding Southern Fleurieu regions.
Alliance Nursing is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our established Aged Care workforce across Adelaide’s Southern Suburbs and the Fleurieu Peninsula.
We are offering consistent and flexible shift opportunities across reputable facilities, with attractive incentive rates available for selected regional locations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 600 hours paid Aged Care experience
- Current AHPRA registration (RN or EN)
- Valid National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current CPR certification
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to travel between nearby facilities as required
- Availability across day, afternoon, and night shifts
👨⚕️ ENROLLED NURSES (ENs) Support residents through essential clinical care including medication administration, wound management, and holistic wellbeing support within a collaborative care team.
