Description
Alliance Nursing is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses with Special Care Nursery (SCN) experience to support leading public and private hospitals across Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity to work in high-acuity neonatal environments while enjoying the flexibility, variety, and support that agency nursing provides.
The Role
You will be caring for neonates requiring specialised monitoring and treatment, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, family-centred care in Special Care Nursery units.
Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Recent minimum 18-24 experience in Special Care Nursery (SCN) or neonatal settings
- Strong neonatal assessment, monitoring, and care planning skills
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach

Requirements
