By registering your interest to participate in the Alliance Travel Club reward program (Travel Club), you agree to these Term and Conditions.

Submitting an expression of interest will not guarantee selection into the Travel Club.

All expressions of interest will be handled in accordance with Alliance Australia’s privacy policy.

The successful candidates for inclusion in the Travel Club will be selected and notified by Alliance Nursing following review of submitted expressions of interest.

REWARD PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Definitions and rules for the Travel Club’s bonus reward and travel reimbursement program:

  • Placement –the time worked at any eligible branch included in this promotion (minimum of 4 weeks and maximum of 12 weeks). 
  • Successful Placement – Travel Club member completes a minimum of 20 eligible shifts during a Placement in any eligible branch included in this Travel Club promotion.
  • Travel Club member must commence a new Placement within 6 weeks following completion of each Successful Placement.
  • Travel Club bonus reward incentives and reimbursements will apply to completed eligible shifts undertaken from 5 August 2025.
  • Travel Club member must give Alliance Nursing, four (4) weeks’ notice of their intention to start a Placement where they will be advised if extra requirements are mandatory to work with the desired eligible branch.
  • On arrival to a Placement shift, all mandatory training requirements must be completed by the Travel Club member before the shift can commence.
  • An eligible shift is a completed full shift of a minimum of 6 hours. Any individual shift less than 6 hours will not be counted or eligible.
  • Alliance Nursing reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Travel Club including these Terms and Conditions. Termination of the Travel Club program will not affect any eligible accrued bonus or reimbursement payments.

Eligibility for Travel Club bonus reward and travel reimbursement incentives:

  • Travel Club members must be Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives with full unlimited working rights in Australia at all times.
  • Only applies to Travel Club members who complete shifts for Alliance Nursing in the following eligible branches: Perth (WA), Adelaide (SA), Albury (NSW), Canberra (ACT), Brisbane (QLD), Gold Coast (QLD), Sunshine Coast (QLD), Townsville (TSV), Regional Victoria (VIC) and Regional New South Wales (NSW).
  • Travel Club members will not be eligible to participate in any other Alliance Nursing bonus or incentives when taking part in the Travel Club promotion.

Travel Club bonus payment, travel and accommodation:

  • Travel Club members may be reimbursed travel costs to a new Placement (up to the value of $300) once 10 eligible shifts are completed with an eligible branch while on Placement.
  • Accommodation allowance or re-imbursement may be available on negotiation at eligible branch locations however there may be locations the Travel Club member will need to self-fund their accommodation.
  • Travel Club member will be eligible to receive a bonus payment of $1,200 in total once they have completed 60 eligible shifts in three locations (i.e. across 3 different client premises or health facilities).
  • Bonus payments must be claimed within 6 months of the first eligible shift recorded.
  • Bonus payments and allowances or reimbursements eligible under the Travel Club are inclusive of superannuation to be paid as a salary bonus into the Travel Club member’s nominated bank account.
  • All reimbursements are at the discretion of Alliance Nursing.
  • Bonus payments will be made within one month of the Travel Club member advising the Alliance Nursing team that they have completed the required number of eligible shifts in the specified timeframe in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Flight Centre gift card prize competition:

  • The Flight Centre competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook or Flight Centre. The competition organiser is Alliance Nursing ((businesses owned by Alliance Health Services Group Pty Ltd (ABN 19 100 736 294) (AHSG). 
    • Eligibility: Entrants must be employed by AHSG at the time of entering the competition and at the time of draw and an Australian resident (excluding Tasmania) (Eligible Entrants).
    • How to enter: Competition commences on 5 August 2025 at 9AM AEST and will close on 31 December 2025 at 5PM AEST. Eligible Entrants must have taken part in the Travel Club and completed 20 eligible shifts in three separate locations. All Eligible Entrants will receive one entry to the prize draw. 
    • Prize Details: All Eligible Entrants who enter the competition will go into a draw to win one $2,000 Flight Centre gift card. Flight Centre gift card terms and conditions apply. Prizes are not transferable. 
    • Winner Selection: The winner will be selected via random online draw on 12 January 2026 at 10:00am AEST. AHSG will notify the winner by email. AHSG reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time. By entering this competition, an Eligible Entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and AHSG’s Privacy Policy.
