Alliance Nursing QLD is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) with strong Medical and/or Surgical ward experience to join our trusted nursing agency for casual hospital shifts across the Gold Coast region.

Essential Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse qualification
- Minimum 12 months full-time paid nursing experience
- Within an acute hospital Medical or Surgical ward or unit
- Experience must be within the past 12–24 months
- Current AHPRA registration
- Registration must be clear of conditions, reprimands, or notations
- Full vaccination compliance, serology or vaccination records accepted
- Current Practical BLS/CPR
- Current National Police Check
- Issued within the past 12 months or willingness to obtain one
- Full Australian working rights
Desirable (Not Essential)
- ieMR experience and/or qualification (highly advantageous)
