Theatre Orderly / Hospital Services Assistant
Locations: Melbourne CBD, Eastern & South Eastern Suburbs
Alliance Nursing are currently seeking experienced Hospital Orderlies, with a strong preference for Theatre Orderlies, to support a range of private hospitals across Melbourne's CBD, Eastern and South Eastern regions.
This is an excellent opportunity for orderlies looking for consistent, ongoing shifts, particularly within theatre environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient transport across multiple ward types
- Theatre support including pre op and post op transfers, equipment movement and theatre turnover
- General and terminal cleaning in line with hospital and infection control standards
- Assistance across General Wards, Theatre and Emergency Departments (ED)
- Manual handling and equipment transport as required

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as an Orderly / Hospital Services Assistant
- Theatre experience highly desirable
- Experience working across multiple ward types (General, Theatre and ED)
- Own car and valid driver's licence (essential due to travel between sites)
- Proven cleaning and patient transport experience
- Strong understanding of infection control and hospital hygiene standards
- Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work
