Are you an experienced General Medical or Surgical Registered Nurse looking for flexibility, great rates, and the chance to work across some of Queensland’s leading hospitals?
Our nursing agency Alliance Nursing is expanding, and we’re inviting skilled and passionate RNs to join our team for casual agency shifts throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Logan, Redlands, and nearby regions.
About the Work
As an agency RN, you’ll enjoy a variety of placements across reputable public and private hospitals, supporting General Medical, General Surgical, Orthopaedic, Rehabilitation, Short Stay, and other acute ward environments.
Whether you prefer day, afternoon, night duty, or a mix — you choose the shifts that suit your lifestyle.
We’re looking for nurses who:
- Hold current AHPRA registration
- Have solid experience in acute medical and/or surgical wards (Recent 12 Months FTE)
- Are confident managing patient workloads, medications, post‑operative care, and clinical assessments
- Can quickly adapt to new ward environments, teams and systems
- Maintain excellent communication and documentation skills
- Hold current police check and vaccination evidence
- Are reliable, professional, and committed to high‑quality patient care
